Plymouth Fire Department, Town of Plymouth, DCR to Host Wildfire Discussion on March 12

PLYMOUTH — Chief Neil Foley reports that the Plymouth Fire Department, in collaboration with the Town of Plymouth and the Department of Conservation and Recreation Forest Fire Control, invites residents to attend a public meeting to discuss wildfires.

WHEN:

Wednesday, March 12, from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

WHERE:

WHAT:

Following an extremely active fall fire season across Massachusetts and the tragic wildfires in Los Angeles, there has been a heightened interest from the public in the measures being taken by municipalities and the state to mitigate wildfire risks. The meeting will be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Plymouth Community Intermediate School on Wednesday, March 12.
